Common Symptoms & Warning Signs
If you notice any of these structural failure signs in your Davis garage, contact our master technicians immediately:
⚠️
Loud Screeching Metal-on-Metal Sounds
Bare steel wheels rolling against steel tracks produce loud high-pitch screeching and grinding.
⚠️
Vibrations Felt in Bedrooms Above Garage
Rigid metal wheels transmit micro-shocks directly through track hangers into home ceiling joists.
⚠️
Dirt and Grime Baked into Unsealed Bearings
Open-face bearings collect dust, hair, and road grime, seizing up and creating black grease tracks.
⚠️
Door Shakes and Rattles During Travel
Wobbly plastic or steel rollers cause uneven door flutter as sections articulate through the radius.
